SETON AT CATHOLIC HOME SCHOOL & PARENT CONFERENCE

July 9, 2010

McKinney, TX (MetroCatholic) — Seton curriculum material will be available for review and sale at the 2010 Immaculate Heart of Mary North Texas Home School and Parent Conference to be held on Friday, July 23rd  (2:00 PM to 8:00 PM) and Saturday, July 24th  (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) at the Grapevine Convention Center, 1209 S. Main Street in Grapevine, Texas.

This conference is sponsored by the Immaculate Heart of Mary Coalition; anyone interested in teaching the Faith to the next generation should make every effort to attend!  This conference is ideal for families seeking tips for raising their children and trying to make God the center of their lives.  You do not need to be a home schooling parent to attend.  Those thinking about home schooling can get their questions answered, and those who currently home school will find encouragement and support.
Religious are especially welcome free of charge.

Father Andrew Apostoli, currently serving as a Vice-Postulator for the Cause of Canonization for Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, Prof. Joseph Pearce, internationally acclaimed author and professor of literature at Ave Maria University in Naples, Florida, as well as Mrs. Laura Berquist, founder and director of Mother of Divine Grace School, are just a few of the speakers scheduled for the two-day event.

For more information, including a complete list of vendors and speakers’  talk schedule, please visit www.ihmconference.org (click on the North Texas tab on the homepage.)
