Assumption College is seeking an Employer Relations & Marketing Coordinator in the Career Development & Internship Center (CDIC) to support the CDIC in coordinating logistics for events and programs, creating and delivering marketing communications, and supporting employer relations operations. The Employer Relations & Marketing Coordinator will maintain a professional environment in the fast-paced office by greeting internal and external visitors, answering the telephone and booking appointments and interviews for students and employers. In addition to supporting the administrative function of the office, the Employer Relations & Marketing Coordinator will assist the Director in managing relationships with employers who recruit Assumption College students by maintaining the job and internship database and recruiting schedules. The Employer Relations and Marketing Coordinator will also drive marketing efforts for student and employer engagement through social media, and online and print resources.
To qualify, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in career services, human resources, or related field. Candidates must have high energy, outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong project management skills and a polished professional demeanor. Social media marketing, graphic design experience and experience with Symplicity CSM is a plus.
