WRO ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington (Leesburg, VA)
Part-time position: 16 hrs./week
Catholic Charities, Diocese of Arlington (CCDA) is seeking an Administrative Coordinator in the Western Regional Office (WRO) Program, Leesburg, VA. The WRO is an Emergency Assistance Program of CCDA. The Program provides financial assistance, food assistance, and information and referral assistance to individuals and families in need.
The WRO Administrative Coordinator position will provide office and administrative support and help manage day-to-day program operations. Specifically, he/she will provide telephone support, screening, and data entry for community requests for program assistance. The WRO Administrative Coordinator will also be tasked with marketing and public outreach correspondence, brochure and newsletter publication, telephone support, and development and updating of various WRO Program reports.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
4+ years’ experience in an administrative position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Strong Interpersonal and organizational skills
Project management skills desired.
Good communication skills including strong writing skills required.
Experience in process improvement.
Self-Motivated and a team player.
