• Monday-Friday (30 hours a week), and one Saturday each month
• Two or more years of experience in similar work situation
• Plan, implement, and direct volunteer program suited to the needs of the Home
• Able to direct and supervise others, and work effectively with individuals & groups
• Develop recruitment, orientation, and training for volunteers
• Perform administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc and submit to Administrator
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent administrative corporate information, including the Residents’ and Staff information
• Perform unscheduled administrative tasks as required
• Determine aptitudes, abilities, and other qualifications and talents of applicants
• Assist administration and supervisors in assessing activities of volunteers
• Be flexible in participating in the Home’s sponsored activities scheduled on weekends and evenings. (0)
