What in the world is wrong with people these days!!?? Teens have gone mad and have no sense of self control, personal responsibility nor respect for others and human life anymore it seems! This story is very upsetting and makes me so mad and sad something like this could happen, but then again there are a lot of evil, deranged people in the world and sadly we can’t always keep our children safe from harm. However, we can enforce our laws, have stricter penalties for those who break the law and put our security ahead of politics.

The New York Daily News Reports:

Freddy Martin 9yro victim

Freddy Martin,9, clings to his life after being thrown off of a Bronx apartment building roof.

A 9-year-old boy was clinging to life after a callous teen neighbor chucked him off the roof of their five-story Bronx apartment building, cops said Saturday.

The young boy, Freddy Martin, cried for his mother as soon as he landed on the cold concrete sidewalk in front of the Nelson Ave. building in Morris Heights about 8:30 p.m. Friday, neighbors said.

“Mommy! Mommy!” the bloodied child wailed as he lay on the ground, unable to move. Emergency workers initially suspected the critically injured boy took a fall from the fire escape outside his third-floor apartment — until he told a cop that he was the victim of a crime, police sources said.

The little boy told the cop during an ambulance ride to New York Presbyterian-Columbia Medical Center in upper Manhattan that a neighbor tossed him off the roof, the sources said.

Carmine Aska 17 pushed 9yr old neighbor

Carmine Aska, 17, is suspected of throwing his 9-year-old neighbor from the roof of 1545 Nelson Avenue, Bronx.

“The kid told a cop, when they were going to the hospital, that he was thrown from the roof,” a source said. “The boy named the suspect.”
Freddy, before he lost consciousness, told the cop that 17-year-old Casmine Aska cast him over the ledge of the brick walk-up.
Investigators soon learned that the teen brute, who lived on the fourth floor, grabbed the child from his apartment and dragged him up to the roof, sources and witnesses said.

“(Freddy) was screaming,” said one neighbor, who ran outside her first-floor pad when she heard a “commotion.”
“He was saying, ‘Stop!’” said the neighbor, who did not want to give her name.

The critically injured child then named Aska as his attacker before he lost consciousness, the source said.

Little Freddy remained on life support on Saturday.

Aska — who law enforcement sources said has four prior arrests that include collars for robbery, assault and harassment — took shelter in another neighbor’s home after he threw the boy from the roof.

But he was soon grabbed by police when he tried to leave the building with his mother and brother, sources said.

Aska was taken to the 46th Precinct stationhouse in University Heights, where he told detectives several different versions of what happened.

Cops didn’t buy any of the bogus stories and booked him on an attempted murder rap. Aska was waiting to be arraigned on Saturday.

May God bless and protect little Freddy and help him heal. I pray he survives! Thank God he was able to tell who did this to him before he lost consciousness. Police should have kept Aska in jail after his first four arrests. He sounds like a thug who should have been kept behind bars for awhile, why was he released after having four prior convictions for assault, robbery and harassment??

I’m so disgusted with the criminal minds and violence of people in our society. Society is going through such moral decay lately, no laws seem to be enough anymore to stop such violent behavior. The problem is evil, which breeds: societal and cultural decay, poor upbringing, broken families, poverty and mental illness or drug addiction and gangs and ultimately criminal and violent behavior.

Learn more about the cultural decay being taught in our schools and universities which is inciting hate crimes against Whites by Blacks, as well as hate crimes that are becoming more common with Hispanics against Blacks. Our country is becoming more and more hostile and divided by the day it seems and sadly the “First Black American President” has done more dividing than uniting with his focus on minorities, race warfare, and class warfare.

I wonder if the mainstream media will call this a “hate crime” or not since it was Black on White crime or if that label and charge is only for the protection of blacks and other minorities when a white person is the accomplice??

Author and reporter, Colin Flaherty has a recent WND column entitled  ”YOU’RE WHITE, YOU’RE GUILTY, YOU’RE DEAD!” based off his popular book ““White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence to America and how the media ignore it“, which documents an increase in violent crime by Blacks against Whites in America.

Flaherty’s article tells the story of a young black student Nkosi Thandiwe, who has been sentenced to life in prison plus 65 years for shooting three white girls, killing one and leaving one paralyzed in Atlanta, Georgia in 2011.

Flaherty writes:

Thandiwe said during his last few years in college, his history studies changed his thoughts about how some white people treated black people.“In terms of slavery and race, it was something that needed to be answered for. I saw it as something that the black community hasn’t recovered from so my initial way to handle that was to spread information to help combat some of the ignorance that was in the black community about our history,” said Thandiwe.“Correct me if I’m wrong, but you were trying to spread the message of making white people the enemy,” asked Assistant District Attorney Linda Dunikoski.“Yes,” replied Thandiwe.

The shootings were Thandiwe’s second episode of racial violence in less than a month. Thandiwe assailed a visiting courier with racial epithets and had to be physically restrained from striking and causing harm to visitors at a parking garage where he worked, said WSBTV News in Atlanta.

Racial resentment is the new mother’s milk of education, said a prison psychologist who did not wish to be identified. Students, black and white, learn from their earliest days that blacks are victims and powerless to fight racism, he said. Not just in school, but also in churches and from their parents, he said. The attitude of victimization breeds resentment and violence.“But most dangerous of all, black students are taught they are not responsible for their behavior because they are the victims of white racism,” he said. “I see that every day in the prison where I work.”

Examples abound: In Wilmington, N.C., Joshua Proutey was recently shot in the head and killed while being robbed by four black people who had targeted him because white people “were bound to have money.”One of the confessed killers, a 17-year old, said he did not like being “stereotyped as a tough guy.”

In Chicago, the city recently agreed to pay $22.5 million to the victim of black mob violence because she was white and the city police released her into a “predominantly black” area, placing her in danger. A Harvard professor testified that because of what he called Routine Activities Theory, violence is an expected result in that situation.

In Wilmington, Del., the pastor of one of the largest black congregations in the state said: “This violence in our community – you don’t think it has something to do with the last 400 years?”Rev. Lawrence M. Livingston told the News Journal. “We didn’t create this stuff – all this mess.”The comments came just a few days after a crowd of black people beat a white clergyman near Livingston’s church.

These are just a few of the more than 400 examples of racial violence and lawlessness in more than 80 cities documented in “White Girl Bleed a Lot: The return of racial violence and how the media ignore it.”

“Black people have been encouraged to hate whites and to discriminate against them from the so-called civil rights leaders,” said author and syndicated talk show host Jesse Lee Peterson: “And that is evil. The evil will get worse from generation to generation if you don’t deal with it.”

Taleeb Starkes is a social worker, film maker and author of the book called “The Un-Civil War.”“These schools are reinforcing the long-existing, deep-rooted, victimization gospel that’s religiously practiced in the African-American community,” said Starkes.

Like others, his article is the first I have heard of Nkosi’s story and the fate of these three girls, because the main stream media fails to report black on white violence. But, when someone commits a crime against a black person, or homosexual, it’s immediately called a “hate crime” and the mainstream media is airing non-stop stories about it like they did in the Trayvon Martin case, in which George Zimmerman was charged with shooting and killing Trayvon Martin rather than using self defense after Trayvon Martin reportedly attacked him while Zimmerman was following him on foot to report a suspicious person in his neighborhood.

In addition to making it look like racism against blacks is on the rise in America, the media has been known to manipulate data to make people like George Zimmerman look guilty of committing a hate crime.  At the time, CBS aired an edited version of the 911 call and conveniently cut out the portion that proved the 911 operator asked what the race of the suspect, Trayvon Martin, appeared to be, instead they cut that portion off and made it appear that Zimmerman was calling him black without being asked, making it appear like he was racist for mentioning his race.

In the meantime, any violent crime should be reported and the race of the individuals should not matter, because it is illegal to attack and kill anyone already. I can see a 911 operator asking what the race of the suspect is for police to document and so that others are aware of who to look out for, but other than that a crime is a crime and the actions an individual takes are not based on race but choice and the law. Why do we need separate laws for ‘hate crimes’? This is only another way of dividing people and putting more attention on race rather than the persons actions.

Recently, the Obama administration and some GOP members of Congress are proposing increasing our population with illegal immigrants or as the media likes to call them, “undocumented immigrants”. This will increase the number of Hispanics we have in the US, since the majority of illegals residing here currently are of Latino descent. While many may be here through no fault of their own, we have laws and we must uphold our rule of law otherwise our country becomes a lawless nation. While I have no problem with LEGAL immigration, I think we need to limit how many people come here each year and base any path to citizenship on the economy, and border security as well as criminal history of each individual and their ability to succeed. Currently we have high unemployment and our borders are not yet secure to keep terrorists and other criminals from coming into the US, such as the drug cartel and human smugglers. In addition, states like California are going bankrupt while allowing
400K Illegal Aliens to begin receiving Unemployment checks and, other benefits at the cost of law abiding taxpayers.

While the Federal Government are considering giving the “11 million” illegal immigrants currently in the United States a path to citizenship, it will increase the number of people on welfare, and demanding work, which we can barely provide for our own citizens and those who come here legally. In addition, an increase in violent crime will rise, especially against Blacks will likely rise, as it is in places like California where they have allowed illegal immigrants sanctuary in some cities. This has resulted in a rise in gangs, drug cartel activity and hostility between Blacks and Hispanics

Recently in California there was an incident of Black on Hispanic crime, in which a Latino gang beat and terrorized a Black family:

Compton Councilwoman Yvonne Arceneaux said she was deeply troubled by the incident.“I’m floored,” she said. “That’s blatant to tell a family you can’t live in this area because you are black. That’s just shocking.”
Two decades ago, when Arceneaux joined the Compton City Council, she said that older blacks occupied the well-maintained, small homes in the neighborhood. But as they died or moved away, Latinos moved in.

The LA Times reports:[my emphasis in bold]

A Latino gang is intimidating blacks into leaving the city that was once an African American enclave. It’s part of a violent trend seen in other parts of the L.A. area.

Compton
Graffiti marks the steeple of the Greater Holy Faith Baptist Church on 155th Street in Compton, a reminder of a time not long ago when African Americans predominated. The city is now 65% Latino and 33% black, and African Americans have been targeted for harassment. (Bob Chamberlin / Los Angeles Times / January 25, 2013)

The black family—a mother, three teenage children and a 10-year-old boy—moved into a little yellow home in Compton over Christmas vacation.

When a friend came to visit, four men in a black SUV pulled up and called him a “nigger,” saying black people were barred from the neighborhood, according to Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies. They jumped out, drew a gun on him and beat him with metal pipes.

It was just the beginning of what detectives said was a campaign by a Latino street gang to force an African American family to leave.

The attacks on the family are the latest in a series of violent incidents in which Latino gangs targeted blacks in parts of greater Los Angeles over the last decade.Compton, with a population of about 97,000, was predominantly black for many years. It is now 65% Latino and 33% black, according to the 2010 U.S. census. But it’s not only historically black areas that have been targeted.

Federal authorities have alleged in several indictments in the last decade that the Mexican Mafia prison gang has ordered street gangs under its control to attack African Americans. Leaders of the Azusa 13 gang were sentenced to lengthy prison terms earlier this month for leading a policy of attacking African American residents and expelling them from the town

Similar attacks have taken place in Harbor Gateway, Highland Park, Pacoima, San Bernardino, Canoga Park and Wilmington, among other places. In the Compton case, sheriff’s officials say the gang appears to have been acting on its own initiative.

Sheriff’s detectives said Friday they had arrested Jeffrey Aguilar, 19, of Gardena and Efren Marquez, 21, of Rialto, both alleged members of the Compton Varrio 155 gang, and are continuing to look for more assailants.

“This family has no gang ties whatsoever,” Sheriff’s Lt. Richard Westin said. “They are complete innocent victims here.”

The 19-year-old family friend managed to break free that first day and run into the house, where the children were the only ones at home.

The attackers left, but a half-hour later a crowd of as many as 20 people stood on the lawn yelling threats and epithets. A beer bottle crashed through the living room window as the youngsters watched in horror.

“They were scared if they called the sheriff they’d be killed,” Westin said. “So they called their mom, who called the Sheriff’s Department.”

The gang members were gone by the time deputies arrived, but they kept coming back, almost daily, driving by slowly until they got someone’s attention, then yelling racial insults and telling them to leave. The mother sent the children to live with relatives and is now packing up to leave herself.

This gang has always made it clear they have a racial hatred for black people,” said Westin, who has worked in the area for more than two decades. “They justify in their own sick minds because of their rivalry with the Compton black gangs. They repeatedly used racial epithets, they use racial hatred graffiti and they tag up the black church a lot.”

At the home on 153rd Street on Friday, the rain-drenched street was empty and quiet. But the gang’s presence was clear.

Its tags marked several long walls, stop signs, curbs and school crossing signs — often with the nicknames of individual gang members included.Crews remove the graffiti almost every morning.

Down the street, the Greater Holy Faith Missionary Baptist Church — a remnant from the time when Compton was almost all black — is often tagged, most recently, just below the cross.Neighbors say its pastors come on Sundays and no longer live in the area.

Latino gang attacks on African Americans have occurred periodically since the 1990s in Compton.

Johnathan Quevedo, a security guard and college student, said he was shot and wounded by four Latino gang members in 2007.

“They didn’t know who I was. I didn’t know who they were,” Quevedo said. “I got shot because of my skin color, because I’m a black male.”

Will we see more of this criminal and violent activity once more illegal immigrants are allowed into the US under the proposed amnesty program?? How many are here illegally already who are members of these gangs? How many are terrorists or members of the drug cartel? We don’t know for certain and until we can identify who these illegals are who reside in America now, we will not be able to secure our border and determine who is capable of being a law abiding and productive citizen in our country.
Additionally, according to a 2012 report by the Boston Globe

In the past four years, immigration officials have released thousands of criminals, but court officials say they have handled only 13 cases seeking to hold immigrants longer because they are dangerous.Federal immigration statistics show ICE has released or deported more than 1 million criminals over the past decade, but they have made just 1,000 to 3,000 victim notifications.Over the past four years, immigration officials have largely without notice freed more than 8,500 detainees convicted of murder, rape, and other crimes, according to ICE’s own statistics, mainly because their home countries would not take them back.

While the initial story about the violent crime against little Freddy is not an example of Hispanic on Black crime or a crime committed by an illegal immigrant, it is an example of a violent crime which could become more prevalent if we allow more people into our country who we have no idea what their intentions and affiliations are. If we allow more Muslims, Hispanics and others who are prone to violence against Whites or Blacks or Christians and Jews into our country, we are putting our national security at risk and the rights of citizens who already live here at risk.

In the meantime, are you ready to give up your second amendment rights to protect yourself and your family, when we risk invasion by illegals and violent criminals who are being released and immigrated into our country because their home country won’t take them back and/or because our immigration system and/or legal system has failed to keep them in jail, like Carmine Aska? If our government won’t deport violent criminals or keep them incarcerated or fails to secure our borders, how safe will you feel??

Finally, violent crime isn’t just a problem with guns, as has been the blame lately, it is a problem with our legal and judicial system and a problem with our growing population and lack of morality.
