I have heard all my life to be like Jesus ,how do we do that ? I mean I have read the Bible and do we use the sermon of the mount ? or what .
To me Jesus was complex at times He would just walk by people in need and called a woman a dog and to get away from Him and other times he would go out of His way .He came to bring a sword ( the word) but it would be nice to find something that would be defined.Jesus was raised Jewish so do I study all the Jewish ways? He did .Do you see what I am saying ?

What a powerful observation: “Our true problem is not being a minority, but rather having voluntarily become marginal, irrelevant, because of our lack of courage, so that we will be left alone, because of our mediocrity.” “For Christians,”

What a powerful and prophetic utterance, and of course a serious message to Christians to be responsible and accountable to the Mission: “the moment has arrived to free themselves from a false inferiority complex … to be valiant witnesses of Christ.”

May God give us the insight, courage, and wisdom it takes to be abled and relevant to the decaying world....

After having praised the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the "man's dignity" - finally some Prelates are now discovering that there is no rights for the Church nor liberty or fraternity once men disbelieve God... Is never too late!

Serious students of the Bible are not surprised by the Cardinal's comments. Paul prophesied such behavior, and more, in a letter to Timothy:

2 Tim 3:1-5; Douay: Know also this, that in the last days shall come dangerous times. Men shall be lovers of themselves, covetous, haughty, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, wicked, Without affection, without peace, slanderers, incontinent, unmerciful, without kindness, Traitors, stubborn, puffed up, and lovers of pleasure more than of God: Having an appearance indeed of godliness but denying the power thereof.

There were many like this then, of course, but Paul certainly was no mere complainer. Notice the time frame he gives for the appearance of these things all together, in increasingly "dangerous times": "in the last days"
If so then the good news is we're nearing the time when God steps in to right all these wrongs, and many other. Good news, because men have proven themselves unable to correct their own problems. Jeremiah 10:23.
