The Catholic Diocese of Pueblo is seeking a Tribunal Secretary. The Tribunal Secretary assists with the writing of judicial memos and sentences of the Tribunal in consultation with the Judicial Vicar; also assists with other Tribunal matters in collaboration with the Judicial Vicar; maintains Tribunal documents and promotes effective processing of cases; promotes effective communication with all involved in Tribunal activities.

Qualified candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Internet as well as excellent written communication skills in English for grammar and self-editing purposes. Applicants must be able to handle and prioritize confidential, sensitive, timely and critical matters requiring good judgment, tact, respect, and discretion. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church.

Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor’s degree, Tribunal experience and transcription experience are required. 3-5 years administrative and Tribunal Ecclesiastical Notary is preferred.
