(Gospel) This Gospel so reminds me of those rules of Ignatius which suggest that we should prepare for the future, by contemplating the workings of God or the devil in our past. This is such that we learn from the mistakes, and prepare for future graces.
Like for example: Preparing for the Curve Ahead
The Saints are not those who never fall, but those who learn from their mistakes, such that in the last curve of life, they stand ready.
