"The Farm" is a Haven of Peace and Prayer for many. Mother of the Redeemer Retreat Center, located a few miles west of Bloomington in the beautiful hills of south central Indiana, offers visitors a quiet haven of peace and prayer in a world filled with increasing distractions and struggles. Deeply moved and guided by messages Ruth Ann Wade began receiving from our Lord Jesus and His Blessed Mother in the early 1990's, Ruth Ann and Jim Wade, both educators in the Bloomington public school system, gave up their home, their farm, and the future they had planned, dedicating the land to the Mother of Jesus. Staffed by dedicated volunteers, Mother of the Redeemer Retreat Center also houses a friary for the Franciscans of the Immaculate.
