   I think we can stop putting the quotes around marriage when talking about same sex marriage. It is no longer some imaginary or pretend thing. Same sex marriages exist and are fully recognized by law in 11 countries. This spring there are legal marriage documents for same sex relationships in 9 US states and the District of Columbia. You can refuse to approve of it, but you cannot refuse to acknowledge that it exists.
