Endow (Educating on the Nature and Dignity of Women) (Greenwood Village, CO)
Endow is currently recruiting for three Relationship Manager positions, one for the Denver, CO area, the Los Angeles, CA area, and the Chicago, IL area, to serve more women through the Endow mission.
The Relationship Manager is responsible for growing the Endow program through cultivating and maintaining relationships with new facilitators that result in new Endow groups being formed. This is done by communicating and sharing the Endow message through the phone, in person, and in large formal presentations, and through leading facilitator trainings. The Relationship Manager is a member of the Endow program team and is primarily responsible for the start of new Endow groups, focusing on the Letter to Women adult study and the Dignity Defined, Girl Genius Part 1 youth study.
The Relationship Manager must have a sincere interest in Endow’s mission, exhibit excellent relational skills, possesses strong communication and presentation skills, and be able to help women move from the idea of the Endow study program into actually leading study groups. The priority for this position will be to grow the number of Endow program facilitators and participants in her region so as to further our mission of transforming the culture. As a critical member of our team, the Relationship Manager must demonstrate initiative and hard work and be comfortable serving in a very fast paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Grow the Endow program through enlisting new facilitators and participants.
o Implement strategies and business plans that win new facilitator relationships while retaining and growing existing relationships.
o Manage facilitator interactions, including inbound and outbound calls and emails.
o Facilitate timely resolution of facilitator service issues.
Education and Experience:
o Minimum of 3- 5 years sales experience.
o Bachelor’s degree.
o A strong understanding of the Catholic Church and her teachings.
o Experience utilizing a CRM (client relationship manager) system, Salesforce experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
o Passion for the teachings of the Catholic Church.
o Knowledge and understanding of sales in an internal and external capacity.
o Proven track record demonstrating delivery of high quality customer service.
o Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with minimal supervision needed.
o Clear and effective communication through phone calls, emails, personal meetings and formal group presentations.
o Flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality amid a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure.
o Strong reasoning abilities with excellent attention to detail.
o Time and resource management to meet goals.
o Strong background in technology and its applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and heavy internet usage.
Social Media experience preferred.
Other:
o A practicing Catholic.
o A strong work ethic.
o A fun and positive attitude.
o A willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for program events.
o A willingness to travel, as necessary.
Work Environment: Depending on the location, the work environment will either be in an office or from one’s home.
Physical Demands: The Relationship Manager must be able to drive a car, be able to lift at least 30 pounds, and travel comfortably by car or airline.
