Job Title Promoter
Coordinates The direct associates within the operational unit and on the outside the volunteers who guarantee the diffusion of promotional material and the operation of the mobile studios.
Contractual classification Full time employee (In accordance with employment regulations in force).
Essential requirements Firmly believing in the Radio Maria project and understanding its unique Mission. Possessing excellent planning and organisational skills, an aptitude for working in a team and problem-solving, experience in coordination roles, excellent communication skills. Ability to travel a lot and flexibility in working hours (weekend, evenings).
Good use of pc and able to understand and find the needed information from the database in the radio (fund raising activity)
Education and professional experience
Qualification Diploma or university degree in communication sciences or equivalent work experience.
Language skills Excellent mother language, both spoken and written
Fluent English a
Professional experience Experience in marketing, sales, communication and/or organization with preferably non-profit company or in an association similar to Radio Maria.
Section C Job Description
C1 Functions Thinking and acting in terms of values, creating the right connections on the entire national territory so that the Marian spirit may act as a catalyst among Radio Maria’s listeners, thus fostering the creation of groups of volunteers motivated to donate their productive cooperation.
C2 Main duties Knowing the Association’s objectives and goals, and cooperating towards the achievement of costumer satisfaction, in accordance with the style and charisma of Radio Maria.
Organizing a national network of volunteers to realize the promotion activities by finding, motivating and organizing volunteers in the territory of coverage RM.
Utilizing the importance of market analyses and consequently determining the actions to be undertaken.
Actively cooperating with the Program Director in order to standardise the promotional message. Having a weekly program to promote the specific activities.
Monitoring, with the help of the administrative service, the donations trend, verifying if they are in line with the objectives set in the budget.
Promoting, by means of targeted actions, the events that the Radio intends to develop, in agreement with the Director Advisor and the Editorial Manager.
Convening an informational meeting with the volunteers on the field, at least twice a month, so that they can feel involved in the process of carrying the mission forward.
Working out action plans, execute and organize the activities, regularly verify the progress and results in order to improve the action plan.
Create useful and economical promotional materials specific to the activities. (144)
