Location: CT/NY/NJ (home-based, willing to commute to Greenwich, CT 2-3x/wk)

Walking With Purpose, a national fast-growing Catholic women’s ministry, is looking for a Project Manager to be a key member of the operations team and support the expansion of this exciting, entrepreneurial, non-profit organization. Working closely with the Board Co-Chair, the Project Manager will oversee operations and technology-based projects, support marketing and communication efforts, and do what it takes to build Walking With Purpose into a leading women’s ministry for the Catholic Church. Operations and Technology
• Oversee and manage distribution of materials
• Develop and manage reporting to support operations (e.g., key metric dashboard, program location tracking, etc.)
• Provide database management support

Marketing and Communications
• Oversee participant research effort and analyze findings
• Support email marketing and website management
• Coordinate outreach to Catholic media outlets
• Assess promotional needs

• Assist with grant applications and tracking
• Develop and execute outreach to donors via mailings, phone and in-person

General Management and Expansion
• Support chapter set-up and ongoing operations
• Coordinate conference for WWP leaders
• Participate in Executive Board and regional leadership meetings

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s Degree in business, pastoral ministry, or theology desired
• Self-starter with 4+ years of professional experience
• Experience in ministry development and/or social enterprises preferred
• Proven project management skills, including both strategic thinking and tactical execution
• Ability to be detail oriented and work independently
• Interest and proficiency in software and web-based tools including MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Docs, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey and web-based research is essential
• Basic understanding of and willingness to master customer database solutions (Little Green Light) as well as evaluate and master other technological solutions
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills combined with strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy to work with the Board, chapter leadership, and volunteers of all levels both internally and externally
• Enthusiastic commitment to the mission of Walking With Purpose
