Master’s degree in Secondary Education (Doctorate preferred). Qualify for Arizona Administrator Certification
Three to five years administrative experience preferably in a Catholic school.
Expert knowledge of curriculum and instruction
Extensive finance and budget experience
Collaborative leadership style
The Governing Board will extend a multi-year contract to the qualified candidate who can lead the school into the next decade promoting academic excellence, spiritual development and financial growth. The salary range commensurate with experience is $90,000 to $110,000.
The qualified candidate will have a demonstrated history of: leadership in developing a highly-qualified faculty; improving academic results across the student body; managing the fiscal and business affairs of the school; articulating a school philosophy promoting gospel values and Catholic moral teachings and upholding the doctrinal teachings of the church; and promoting the development of a Christian community.
