Christ the King School (http://www.cks-school.org), founded in 1949, is a SACS accredited Catholic school, grades pre K 3 year olds -8th grade with 520 students. The school is dedicated to meeting its mission of developing character, knowledge, and spirit in its students and community by living the Catholic faith through sharing the sacraments, promoting academic excellence, and engaging in service. It is a ministry of the Cathedral of Christ the King, a diverse parish of over 3000 families located in the Diocese of Lexington KY.

The successful candidate will be an active, practicing Catholic, in good standing with the Church, have the ability to assume spiritual and academic leadership in a Catholic school, exhibit poise and comfort in the public arena, be forward and imaginative in thinking, have an openness to technological advances, have an inclination toward inclusion and collaboration with internal and external communities, and have budgeting and financial management experience. The candidate will also have achieved at least a Masters Degree in Educational Administration, 3-5 years of classroom teaching experience and 3 years of administrative experience.
