Pope John Paul II Catholic High School is a college preparatory school for grades 9-12, located in Huntsville, Alabama, and serving over 400 families in Northern Alabama. The student population represents a mixture of racial, ethnic, religious and socio-economic backgrounds.

Founded in 1996 as Catholic High School, Pope John Paul II Catholic High School is sponsored by the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama. The school holds accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and membership in the National Catholic Education Association. The Board of Trustees, through its appointed Search Committee, has initiated a search for its President, who will assume leadership in the beginning of the 2014-2015 school year.

The school seeks a dynamic, experienced and innovative leader who is a practicing Catholic and understands the essential characteristics and fundamental values of a Catholic School. The President will share with the Principal the responsibility of providing personal and visible leadership for all school constituencies and working together will ensure an excellent academic program. Candidates must have the skills and ability to drive overall advancement and enrollment growth, leadership development and innovation along with demonstrated success in strategic financial operations.
