PAYROLL AND AP COORDINATOR

St. Ignatius Nursing and Rehab Center (Philadelphia, PA)
St. Ignatius Nursing & Rehab Center is in need of a full time Payroll/AP individual to join our Mission driven, faith based, 62 year old Home in West Philadelphia.
• Manages the Home’s payroll processes; including maintaining employee payroll file, processing bi-weekly payrolls, investigates time clock discrepancies with department heads and supervisors and distributes payroll.
• Reviews tax reports and other deduction reports and processes payments as required.
• Manages the Accounts Payable process including: receiving, reviewing, verifying approvals of all vendor invoices, posts invoices to correct departmental accounts, reconcile if necessary, prepares payment and post payments to vendor accounts, prepares schedules and reports as requested.
Must be an individual of integrity who demonstrates ethical behavior as well as the Home’s core values of; Dignity of All, Excellence, Community, Stewardship and Concern for the Poor.
Minimum college associate degree, 4-year college degree preferred. Five (5) years or more experience with payroll and Accounts Payable functions. Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as possessing a working knowledge of Payroll and Accounts Payable software.
