St Joseph’s on Carrollton Manor (Frederick, MD)
St. Josephs-on-Carrollton Manor, a Catholic parish with over 900 families located in Frederick County, MD, is currently searching for a Parish Manager. This position reports directly to the Pastor serving as his primary administrative advisor and will be a member of the core leadership team assisting with the planning, directing, and implementation of the parish mission. The ideal candidate will be a business professional with experience at all levels of management to include personnel management, budgeting, planning, and will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will be responsible for all parish administrative and general operational functions (accounting, office management, facility management, human resources, IT). Together with members of the core leadership team, the Parish Manager ensures coordinated efforts, a high level of service, and a climate of teamwork, service and efficiency in carrying out the ministries of the parish.
College degree with an emphasis in Administration, Accounting/Finance or equivalent is required. Minimum of 5 years in business management is required. Must be knowledgeable in all facets of accounting and possess strong organizational, time management, communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of current technology and computer/software skills is essential. This position requires a flexible work schedule with some evening hours required. Strong familiarity with the mission of the Catholic Church is required, with knowledge of Archdiocesan business related policies preferred.
