Peace Lutheran Church (Ft Myers, FL)
The Parish Administrator is primarily responsible for the operational systems of Peace Lutheran Church, Ft Myers, FL. The position reports to the Senior Pastor and will supervise a Volunteer Coordinator and Office Assistant. Responsibilities include directing, leading, facilitating and coordinating the area of communication, facilities, budget and planning. The Parish Administrator will serve as a liaison for the Senior Pastor and work with the professional staff and church volunteers to help fulfill the strategic plan of the congregation. This is a hands-on position and the administrator will be expected to take an active role in all office functions and production.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or similar programs is preferred. Proficient in use of computer technology including Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Publisher and Word is necessary. Three years of experience in office management/organization is preferred.
This is a part-time position with hours that will be variable related to the seasonal high/low season dynamics of SW FL. Compensation is negotiable.
