Job Summary:
The Outbound Parish Sales Representative employee will represent Saint Benedict Press to Catholic parishes. He or she will respond to all inbound contact with TAN via phone, email, websites, mail and walk in customers. Warm leads are provided to call and promote parish products. This is an entry level position, but outside sales experience is preferred.
Requirements & Specifications:
• Multi-tasking ability.
• Explain products and their fit into Catholic parishes.
• Selling and closing.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Must represent Saint Benedict Press with pleasant phone voice.
• Focus in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Make a weekly average of 55 sales calls per day.
• Knowledge of the Catholic Faith, basic organizational structure of Catholic churches.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word.
• Work as part of a team.
• Computer, email, typing skills necessary.
• Record detailed customer relationship notes.
Desired Abilities, Skills and Characteristics:
• Personal integrity, versatility, work ethic and sound judgment.
• Maintains a professional manner and appearance.
• In-depth knowledge of the Catholic Sacraments and parish education programs that teach the sacraments.
• Bachelors Degree

• Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
