Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities (Syracuse, NY)

Responsible for the organization and coordination of a small office operation, providing bookkeeping/accounting, administrative, and executive secretarial support, and will maintain official corporate records. Position will require approximately 15 hours per week.

Requirements: Business degree and/or 5+ years of related proved experience as an Executive Secretary or Office Manager. Strong bookkeeping, general accounting (A/P, A/R, G/L) and payroll experience necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency with MS Office Products and QuickBooks and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Also required are strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, planning, multi-tasking, record keeping, analytical and computer skills.
