Homosexual Activist Judge Displays Intolerance, Hatred and Retaliation Against Miss California Carrie Prejean

April 21, 2009

SACRAMENTO, CA (MetroCatholic) –  A leading West Coast pro-family organization is defending Miss California Carrie Prejean, who was unfairly discriminated against and denied the Miss USA crown because of homosexual activist judge Perez Hilton (real name Mario Lavandeira), who targeted Carrie as a contestant and publicly called her “a dumb b****” with “half a brain.”

“Why does an unjust judge get a free pass for retaliating against and openly slurring a beauty pageant contestant?” asked Randy Thomasson, President of SaveCalifornia.com and SaveAmerica.com. “The bad guy here is homosexual activist Perez Hilton, who never should have been allowed to be a judge. Carrie Prejean was unfairly discriminated against and viciously punished just because she knows and believes that marriage is reserved for a man and a woman.”

After Carrie was named first runner-up to Miss North Carolina Kristen Dalton, Hilton recorded a video diatribe in which he said Carrie gave “”he worst answer in pageant history,” that “she lost because she’s a dumb b****!” and that she has “half a brain.” “Perez Hilton is showing the ugly face of the intolerant homosexual agenda, squashing everyone else who won’t bow down to immorality,” Thomasson said.

On this morning’s Today Show on NBC, Miss USA Judge Claudia Jordan admitted that “a few of the judges were very against her, they were bothered by her answer” because Carrie said “marriage should be for a man and a woman” in answer to Hilton’s question Sunday night.

Donald Trump, who, along with NBC Universal, owns the Miss Universe Organization, which produces the Miss USA pageant, said on The Today Show that Carrie’s answer “probably did cost her the crown.” Also on Today, Hilton said Carrie should have “left her politics and religion out” and said Miss USA is supposed to “make everyone feel welcome,” including homosexuals and atheists. But where is that in the Miss USA rules?

“This was a blatant miscarriage of justice,” said Thomasson. “The Miss USA rules explicitly state that judges should learn about the successes, goals and ambitions of the contestants.”

this Perez Hilton (and who is trying to be, identify crisis?) has no business judging a beauty pageant when he prefers men.

I also agree with Miss California, Carrie Prejean. Of course, I’m Catholic so I should. God accepts homosexuals but not their homosexual acts. That’s considered sinning. They should be abstaining if that’s the way they feel they are. As a commedian once said, God created Adam & Eve, not Adam & Steve.

By the way, why does Perez Hilton (real name Mario Lavandeira) use the Hilton name? Is he looking for fame of some sort without earning it? I was under the impression, he was a member of the Hilton family of hotels. Also, the language he used to talk about a lady was absolutely disgusting. It only goes to show he belongs in the gutter and not judging a beauty contest where lots of ladies are naturally going to be present. Why did he even want to be there if he doesn’t like women? Maybe he should go to a Mr. Universe contest. He’s probably afraid they will give him what he really deserves (a beating).

Well I know for a fact that although there was controversy…Carrie was not in the lead anyways. There were some very open minded people on the pannel and one judge cannot derail anyones chances of winning the title because the high and low score is thrown out and they take an average of all the scores. I think Carrie is disrespected the 4 other women in the top 5 by saying the crown was hers if ONLY she didn’t give this answer. At the end of the day…it wasn’t her answer that lost it for her… It was her. Miss North Carolina answered much better and had a prettier face and if you watch the telecast she lead in swimsuit and evening gown BEFORE that question was even asked. So let’s not make her stance on gay marriage more important than it really was in the pageant. She actually did well and should be more than happy with first runner up. I thought a few of the other ladies were more beautiful and making it seem as though she lost because she has traditional values and beliefs is just wrong although I do NOT agree with how people are attacking her… I do NOT think she was going to win anyways. Just my 2 cents

the judge should step down for his comments as he is no more perfect than she is. he is a mistake as a judge and she never be in it. if he is kept next year they should ban the program until he stops his hatred.

No no no no no! The former Miss California did not lose the competition because of her stances on gay marriage. She lost because Miss North Carolina was simply better than her. However, I do believe that Perez Hilton was wrong in singling her out with that question. It should have been put to all contestants, or no contestants.
She also did not lose her job because of her stances on gay marriage. She lost her job because she failed to show up for work AND she lied about taking semi-nude photos. I don’t know about you, but if I failed to show up for work on several occasions, I would be fired, too.

Got something to say?
