The Finance Director serves as the financial administrator of the entire agency and is responsible for oversight of all financial systems used by the three major operating programs of CCS. The position reports to the Executive Director and serves as a member of the senior management team. The Finance Director manages a finance team of six staff members.
CCS is seeking a professional with excellent financial, business, accounting and managerial skills including experience with non-profit financial management, grant and financial compliance, and health services billing. The successful candidate will have excellent communicative skills and the ability to prepare clear and concise financial reports for presentation to the Board of Directors. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business as well as at least five years of supervisory experience is required; a CPA and/or MBA are preferred.
