Feb 28, Let’s take a look at the great Lenten journey ahead!

“When Jesus asks us to take up his “yoke which is easy”, he asks us to be enriched by his “poverty which is rich” and his “richness which is poor”, to share his filial and fraternal Spirit, to become sons and daughters in the Son, brothers and sisters in the firstborn brother (cf. Rom 8:29). It has been said that the only real regret lies in not being a saint (L. Bloy); we could also say that there is only one real kind of poverty: not living as children of God and brothers and sisters of Christ.” (Today’s quote from Pope Francis’ Lenten message)

What can we do to share Christ’s filial and fraternal Spirit? The upcoming season of Lent is a time of prayer, fasting, changing life and a great opportunity for self reflection and action in the service of others.

Join us and share your thought with others, so we can all draw inspiration from each other, on how we can prepare our hearts, minds and bodies in the Lenten journey toward Easter.

This is a journey none of us should walk alone. We all can help those who need to intensify their prayer life. We offer a bit of help: Divineoffice app is discounted 25% until Ash Wednesday. Here: divine-office.com
