Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Sioux City seeks an Executive Director. The successful candidate is a Catholic in good standing with knowledge of, and commitment to, Catholic doctrine including social & moral teachings. LISW, LMSW or Master in related field required (licensed or eligible to be licensed by the state of Iowa). Must possess proven leadership, organizational & collaborative skills with emphasis on planning / managing a variety of functions in both individual and team settings. Minimum 5 years experience in the field of human services administration and management of a non-profit mental health / social service agency. Must have demonstrated ability to supervise a staff as well as financial management, including budget oversight. Strong communication skills are required with ability to interact with staff, clients, and administrative boards/committees. Candidates must have understanding of rural life and have no convictions involving mistreatment or exploitation children or vulnerable adults.
