Catholic Charities of Solano County (Vallejo, CA)
The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing and implementing the strategic plan for Catholic Charities of Solano County (CCS). Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff, developing and implementing an annual balanced budget, developing programs to fulfill the mission of CCS, engaging in strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, and serving as spokesperson for the agency.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (masters degree preferred) and at least five years of proven leadership in the non-profit sector and/or working in a diverse, complex service organization. Fundraising experience and experience administering social service programs required. Applicant should be a practicing Catholic whose faith is an essential part of their daily life and have a working knowledge of the organization and structure of the global, national, diocesan, and local Catholic Church.
