Join a dynamic, dedicated and spiritual team! This role is a wonderful blend of special events planning, reception and administrative work supporting the mission of Bellarmine Jesuit Retreat House.

Our event coordinator is the first point of contact for all phone and in-person inquiries. He/she will have responsibility for coordinating all of the details for special events including promotions, reservations, rosters, room assignments, conference set-up, ministry, dining and check-in and check-out. Previous administrative or meeting planning experience is preferred, with calendaring and database experience required. Experience volunteering or working in a Catholic organization is preferred and strong writing skills and a positive energetic attitude are a must.
