St. Elizabeth Ann Seton in Holmen, Wisconsin (10 miles from La Crosse, WI) is accepting applications for the newly created position of Director of Faith Formation Ministry. The Director of Faith Formation will begin work in the summer of 2013. St. Elizabeth Ann Seton is a vibrant parish in the Diocese of La Crosse, with a population of 900 households. The Director of Faith Formation Ministry is responsible for the administration of the total Faith Formation ministry of the parish under the supervision of the Pastor. This person will oversee and direct pre-school through adult faith formation programs and supervise volunteers and a small staff. The position requires some evening and weekend work. Qualified candidates will be practicing Catholics who have a Master’s Degree in Religious Education, Pastoral Ministry, Theology, or a related field in ministry; or are within two years of completion of the degree. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of five years’ experience in parish faith formation or equivalent ministerial experience. Salary and benefits are commensurate with required responsibilities and credentials.
