Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church (Paris, TX)

Our Lady of Victory, Diocese of Tyler, located in beautiful northeast Texas, is seeking an experienced Director of Faith Formation who shares our commitment to orthodoxy and total obedience to the Magisterium. Our parish is rooted in the worship of Jesus Christ present in the Sacrament of the Eucharist and seeks the sanctification of all our parish families through the intercession of the Holy Mother of God. We are a parish which rejoices in living communion with our Bishop and our Holy Father the Pope.
Responsibilities include: preparation of adults and children to receive the sacraments, coordination and implementation of RCIA, teaching and implementing adult faith formation, initiate and coordinate the ongoing formation of a “Catholic Culture” within the parish and local community while fostering a spirit of evangelization within the parish family. Qualifications include past experience as a DRE or assistant DRE, Bachelor’s Degree in Theology, Religious Studies or Catechetics from an orthodox Catholic institution. Masters Degree is highly preferred. Excellent relationship building and communication skills with all age groups.

Salary commensurate with experience. Health insurance package provided.
