The Curriculum Director works in collaboration with others in the Office of Catholic Schools/and local school leadership to develop timelines and strategies for the implementation of the Core Curriculum Standards at Elementary and Secondary levels. This person will assist in the administration and analysis of all standardized testing programs. The director will represent the Diocese of Camden at inter-diocesan curriculum meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree with related experience, Master’s Degree preferred
• Willingness to work collaboratively with others
• Practicing Catholic with understanding of nature and mission of Catholic education.
• Five years of relevant and documented experience in curriculum review and implementation
• Experience in developing and facilitating workshops
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Experience with Microsoft office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the Diocese of Camden regularly and to other dioceses in NJ. (861)
