Director of Administration
St. Boniface Congregation, located in Germantown, WI is a Catholic parish with over 1,100 families and is currently searching for a Director of Administration. This position reports directly to the Pastor serving as his primary administrative advisor and will be a member of the core leadership team assisting with the planning, directing, and implementation of the parish mission. The ideal candidate will be a business professional with experience at all levels of management, budgeting and planning, and demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills. He/she will be responsible for all parish finance and administrative and general operational functions (accounting, office management, facility management, human resources, IT). Together with the other members of the core leadership team, this position ensures coordinated efforts, a high level of service, and a climate of teamwork, service and efficiency in carrying out the ministries of the parish.
College degree with an emphasis in Administration, Accounting/Finance or equivalent is required. Minimum of 5+ years in business management is required. Must be knowledgeable in all facets of accounting and possess strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of current technology and computer/software skills is essential. This person will need to be available to work a flexible schedule with some evening hours required. Strong familiarity with the mission of the Catholic Church is required and knowledge of Archdiocesan business related policies is preferred.
Annual salary commensurate with education and experience.
