The Catholic Diocese of Venice in Florida is seeking a Director to manage the overall strategies of a comprehensive major gifts program, annual giving campaign and other fund development initiatives. The Director will identify, cultivate, solicit current and prospective donors and build long-term relationships. The successful candidate must have a strong theological understanding of Christian stewardship and Catholic faith, a dynamic leader with a proven track record, excellent interpersonal, communications and demonstrated business management skills. Candidates are required to have a bachelor’s degree; master’s degree and a CFRE strongly preferred.
