DFWCatholic.org Launches Wikatechesis

MCKINNEY, TX (MetroCatholic) – DFWCatholic.org marks the season of Advent 2009 with the launch of an exciting new program titled Wikatechesis.  Wikatechesis utilizes free content available from Wikipedia under a Creative Commons Attribution – ShareALike License in order to help catechise Catholics.  The goal is to help educate readers so they become better formed Catholics.  It is important for all Catholics to know their faith, not only in order to defend their faith from attacks, but ultimately to become more holy while on earth.  Each publishing day, DFWCatholic.org will publish a new topic under its Wikatechesis heading.  Now that DFWCatholic.org is formatted for touch mobile devices, what a great way to catechise yourself while on the go.
