The Archdiocese of Mobile Development Office is seeking a full-time Database Administrator. This is an incredible opportunity with outstanding benefits. The Database Administrator will run the Raiser’s Edge fundraising database system and manage other administrative tasks for the development office. This position requires a person with excellent computer skills who pays great attention to detail, enjoys working with a team and understand the importance of confidentiality.
The Database Administrator will be responsible for the following functions:
Process and record all pledges and payments to Catholic Charities.
Upload donor pledge statements monthly.
Communicate and interact with donors, parish staff, clergy, volunteers and others in the Archdiocese of Mobile regarding database records.
Prepare all standard donor appreciation letters and year-end tax statement requests.
Assist with the preparation of bi-weekly publications.
Knowledge of database software. Experience with Raiser’s Edge technology is ideal.
Master of basic math skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
High School Graduate with experience or completion of a Bachelor’s degree.
A Catholic in good standing with the Church. (35)
