Terms: Part Time Employee – 15 – 20 hours per week August – December, up to 10 hours per week January – July, can work from home, but travel to Greenwich, CT office 1x / week, reports to Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Walking with Purpose, a national fast-growing Catholic women’s ministry, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to support the expansion of this exciting, entrepreneurial, non-profit organization. Representative will be responsible for order fulfillment for WWP materials and will handle customer support calls and emails, placing orders with a variety of vendors and accurately record and track information related to these requests. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, Customer Support Representative will support the growth and development of WWP. If you have a passion for enabling women to know Christ through Scripture and customer interaction and support, this job is for you.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Place Orders with WWP dropshippers (3 hours/week Sept – Oct, other months less than 1 hour)
Responsible for responding to requests for support via the WWP National Customer Support phone number and email address (4 hours/day)
Communicate and maintain the policies and quality requirements set by national office.
Responsible for handling incoming phone and email traffic pertaining to customer queries regarding website and eStore including troubleshooting website and eStore issues, order status, and product-related issues.
Serve as the WWP “face to the customer” and as such perform work diplomatically in a highly service oriented manner.
Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests.
Utilize the computer to maximize efficiency and productivity, ensure proper follow up and accountability of the work performed.
Identify problem areas discovered and reports to appropriate departments for resolution and correction to prevent further recurrence.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Self-starter with 1+ years of professional experience in customer support or sales
Ability to be detail oriented and work independently.
Proficiency in software and web-based tools including Word Press, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Docs, Constant Contact
