The Healey Education Foundation (Philadelphia / Mount Laurel, PA)
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years broad-based experience in institutional advancement with specific experience in one or more of the following areas: enrollment management, annual giving, major gift fundraising, school marketing, and Board relations. The successful candidate will have proven success in building relationships, demonstrated leadership and effectiveness developing organizational and financial goals and outstanding communications skills. Candidates must have an understanding and commitment to Catholic education, specifically to the mission of CSDP. Bachelor’s degree required, must be able and willing to travel particularly to the various schools in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and to the Mount Laurel, NJ offices of the Healey Education Foundation as needed.
