Catholic School Development Program
Allentown, PA / Mount Laurel, NJ
The Catholic School Development Program (CSDP), the signature program of the International Education Foundation, based in Mt. Laurel, NJ, invests in the sustainability and growth of Catholic schools. CSDP has developed a new business model based on the best practices from independent schools and universities to provide pro bono consulting services to individual schools and diocesan leadership. This approach uses a unique model of advancement that is focused on board governance, enrollment management, development, constituent relations, and communications.
As their current work in the Dioceses of Camden, Philadelphia and Allentown demonstrates, by working from the bottom up-in the schools-and the top down-with diocesan leadership-CSDP can affect positive change and help Catholic schools regain their footing and thrive anew. CSDP has been providing consulting services to 6 schools, 4 elementary and 2 high schools, for the past year within the Diocese of Allentown which includes 38 elementary schools and 7 high schools. Due to their success, CSDP and the Diocese of Allentown are expanding the program to include additional elementary schools, high schools and special learning centers. They are looking for an additional Consultant to join them in this effort.

The advancement methodology includes the functional areas of enrollment management, development, governance and strategic planning, communications, constituent relations, and operations.
