Community Pregnancy Clinics (CPCI) (Naples, FL)

Community Pregnancy Clinics (CPCI) is currently seeking candidates for the position of Chief Executive Officer. CPCI has been saving the lives of pre-born babies and providing loving support for pregnant mothers in crisis for nearly forty years in southwest Florida. Our mission: We save babies from abortion while providing care, compassion and choices to women.

The CEO will manage and lead the entire organization’s operations, including creating a three-year plan with projected budgets, executing a strategic direction, and planning for growth. The CEO will also serve as the organization’s spokesperson, and will be heavily involved in advancement, public relations, donor acquisition, and in general promotion of CPCI’s community profile.

Requirements for this position include:
- a bachelor’s degree,
- demonstrated experience in both coaching and managing staff,
- practical experience in budgeting and in managing within a budget,
- demonstrated experience in acquiring major donors,
- excellent written and verbal communication skills, and
- demonstrated experience in dealing with the media.
