Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans (New Orleans, LA)
Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New Orleans is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the Chief Executive Officer/President. Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New Orleans is comprised of 45 diverse programs, 650 employees, and a budget in excess of $50,000,000. This individual will provide strategic leadership and management for the all of departments of the agency. Catholic Charities ministries address issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, head start, adults and children with special needs, immigration, food and nutrition, elderly health, mental health, citizens with disabilities, and other social service initiatives.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Practicing Catholic well versed in Catholic Social Teaching, capable of inspiring others through strong leadership, establishing a clear vision of ministry for the future.
Strong management, communications, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead collaboratively.
Extensive experience with complex financial structures and the ability to balance mission and financial viability.
The ability to work with the Board of Directors, seeking input, preparing recommendations, and setting the strategic direction for CCANO.
A Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in social service administration, health care administration or business administration required. Masters degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years experience of senior management in the social, religious, or health care field.
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
