WATERTOWN, MA (MetroCatholic) – Catholic Television Station Now Offering Free Magazine In Effort to Promote Faith and Catholic Programming
CatholicTV is now offering a free monthly magazine. In its magazine, CatholicTV offers short snippets about the Catholic Church and the faith, its 24-hour broadcast schedule, a guest list from its talk show, and various articles.
An article in the May issue of the magazine, addressed misconceptions that the Catholic Church was complicit in the Holocaust, while the upcoming July edition will include an article entitled “The Catholic Church is Opposed to All Forms of Stem Cell Research- Fact or Fiction?”
CatholicTV is a non-profit, nationally-broadcasted television station headquartered near Boston. CatholicTV began its broadcast over 50 years ago. In 2005, CatholicTV began distributing a monthly magazine. Since its introduction, the subscriber list has increased over 100% and now reaches over 13,000 homes. Much of the subscriber growth can be attributed to the low price (zero).
CatholicTV has over 60 shows, many of which are produced by CatholicTV as well as shows produced by different dioceses and production companies from around the world.
