Ministry professional responsible for developing a community of faith on campus. Primary responsibilities include: student outreach, teaching and/or coordinating formation programs, organizing and overseeing service and justice initiatives, facilitating retreats, and promoting fellowship activities for all students. The position will assist the Director of Campus and Young Adult Ministry in diocesan activities as requested, including: leadership development, joint efforts with other campus ministries and diocesan offices, and promotion of young adult activities throughout the diocese. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree (Pastoral Ministry, Religious Studies or related field preferred), 2 years minimum of demonstrated leadership in a Catholic Campus Ministry setting; passionate about ministry work; self-motivated, organized, accountable, and trustworthy, able to work across a variety of settings, personalities, and Catholic spiritual preferences; conscious of the Hispanic culture in our community; bilingual/bicultural ability preferred; committed to living the Gospel message and to articulating and imparting Catholic teachings (See more details on our website: www.cdob.org (154)
