This is actually a good idea! In an ideal world, all kids could go to their parents and say, "I've been raped. I need help." Sadly, in the world we live in today, this is not always the case. An example: A couple of years ago, my friend was raped by an abusive ex-boyfriend. She did not feel comfortable going to her parents and telling them, because, "That would involve telling them that his penis has been in contact with my vagina!" My friend needed help. She needed to be tested for STDs. What could she do? Had we had something similar in place in our school district, she could have checked out of school and gotten tested. Instead, here's what happened: She finally did tell her parents that she needed medical care because she had been raped. They kicked her out of the house "because I had sex, though it was involuntary."
