The Catholic Diocese of Arlington, one of the fastest growing dioceses in the nation, is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to review, analyze and evaluate client needs (internal and external) and business systems. The Analyst is responsible for documenting business processes, applying existing system functionality to new business requirements and identifying processes that are not supported by current systems of the Central Administrative Offices of the Catholic Diocese of Arlington, the Arlington Catholic Herald, and the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington (CCDA). BS in Business or MIS required. Must have a minimum of three years’ experience as a business systems analyst, preferably in a mid-size (51 to 500 employees) not-for-profit organization. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office 2010 Productivity Suite and have a working knowledge of standard business analysis tools and techniques. Strong written and oral communication skills and project coordination skills is a must. Ability to work independently; to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks; and to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external contacts required. Valid driver’s license required. The Diocese offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including 403(b) and pension.
