Corpus Christi School, the preschool-eight grade parish school for St. Anthony of Padua and St. Philip’s parishes in Falls Church, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Business Manager. This position reports directly to the Principal. Responsibilities include: monthly financial reporting, bank reconciliations, budgeting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial aid allocations, coordinating the annual external audit, and assisting the principal with the management of human resources and other administrative functions of the school as needed.

Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA preferred) and five or more years experience in a nonprofit financial management position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and QuickBooks is required. Experience with FACTS Grant and Aid Management and/or FACTS Billing Management is a plus. A practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred. A full benefits package is available; compensation will be based on qualifications.
