This position provides bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll and related administrative support services to the Parish and School at the direction of Pastoral Assistant for Administration. Minimum AA degree or equivalent in Accounting or Bookkeeping and/or three-to-five years’ experience in accounting environment required. Must have understanding of general bookkeeping principles and payroll tax laws, be proficient with PC hardware, calculator and basic office equipment, including experience with spreadsheets, word processing, accounting software and ADP payroll systems. Experience with Quickbooks highly preferred. Must accurately keyboard at 40-50 wpm and 10-key by touch.
