In your role as YDisciple Associate Director, you will develop and communicate vision and expectation levels to YDisciple cross-functional team members. The YDisciple Associate Director will be responsible for strategy execution and operations plan development. This role will drive the development of the YD operating plan by drawing from and integrating the strategic direction of the overall Augustine Institute mission and the Augustine Institute Parish Program divisional goals. You are tasked to empower, select, coach and retain qualified staff that contributes to team and company goals. On a group scale, you integrate different team functions, manage individual and team performance, and ensure the highest quality customer service through soliciting customer feedback, internal and external training and ongoing program development. Coordinating with other managers and directors, you report and integrate policies and objectives in order to meet and exceed team and divisional mission goals. (128)
