The candidate must possess the skills and ability to motivate and evaluate teachers, work with academic departments on curriculum development, develop faculty members, develop policies and procedures, use data to drive continuous school improvement, drive academic program innovation and engage the broader community in marketing and recruitment efforts.

Administrator candidates should possess a Master’s degree from an accredited college/university with a concentration in educational administration. Pennsylvania Principal Certification and administrative or supervisory experience are desired where applicable.
