The insanity never ends…it’s time to end Gun Free Zones because they are turning into No Fun Zones….

Parents need to take a stand for their children’s rights to imaginative play and freedom of expression. If they are not threatening anyone or physically harming anyone these zero tolerance rules must go!

Stand up for Common Sense and tell these schools you have Zero Tolerance for Zero Tolerance and Gun Free Zones!

“We have recently become aware of a situation in Baltimore Maryland that deserves attention.

IT IS TIME TO ACT!

Joshua Welch, a 7 year old boy that goes to school at Park Elementary which is part of the Anne Arrundel County Public School System was recently suspended from school for 2 days after fashioning what school officials say was a weapon out of a Pop Tart.

Yes, you heard right, they say he made a gun out of a Pop Tart!

This list goes on….but we want you to also know that not only did the School grossly over react, but now they have entered a negative mark on Joshua’s PERMANENT record!

We at One Million Moms Against Gun Control, first and foremost are MOMS! And we know that raising children is hard enough without schools and school boards making things even harder for our kids. This is why we urge you to STAND UP, and make a difference. We are launching a letter and email campaign and URGE you to lend a hand. We want YOU and everyone you know to Print out the letters to the right of this article and mail them via the US Postal Service. One to the Park Elementary School addressed to Principal Blondell, who it appears to have attempted to have the mark removed, but was unsuccessful, and one to the Superintendent, Dr. Maxwell. We need everyone on board with this in order to make a difference in this 7 year olds life and get this permanent mark removed so he does not have to be punished for the rest of his educational life for an overactive imagination.
