The Alumni Relations and Development Director is responsible for leading and managing the Newman Center development programs. The Director raises funds for the ministry and programs at the Newman Center. The Director of Development will personally represents The Newman Center and develop our relationship with benefactors especially among alumni and parents. The development director will help form the long-term vision and mission of the Newman Center.
– A practicing and faithful Catholic in good standing, who loves the Church and sees development work as an essential ministry
– Bachelor’s Degree Required in Business, Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field
– experience in Development preferred
– Ability to travel as necessary to meet with benefactors and potential benefactors.
The Director position is compensated competitively within the guidelines of the Diocese of Rockford. Total compensation will include a favorable benefits package and is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
