Franciscan University of Steubenville is looking for a top-flight Advancement Information Manager. The AI Manager is responsible for serving the information needs of Advancement (Development, Alumni, Public Relations, and Pilgrimages) with a primary focus on Development. The AI Manager’s job is to deliver outstanding information services.
Responsibilities include three areas: technical, managerial, and strategic. On the technical side, the AI Manager is responsible for all aspects related to the smooth running of development data operations. The AI manager oversees the Raiser’s Edge and CampusCALL platforms including their data integrity, data input (entry, import, updates) and output (exports, reports), and data security. The AI Manager must be accomplished in handling large-scale data updates, complex queries, merge/purge operations, and extensive analytics work, including charting and dashboards.
As a manager, the AIM oversees responsibilities related to professional data operations, including documentation, user access, user training, reporting, and data production schedules. The AI Manager evangelizes best-of-class data quality, developing a culture with a passion for delivering both great client service and accurate data.
In strategy, the AI Manager works with the management team to build and implement long-range, big-picture development information strategies to serve the University. The AI Manager proposes, evaluates, and implements data projects that will enhance charitable giving to the University.
Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge\nxperience in building relational databases.
Experience in data processing including merge/purge.
Experience in data analysis and analytics.

Experience with development operations and major gift fundraising a plus.

Salary: $40K – $45K DOE with excellent benefits and tuition-waiver program.
